Ahmed Al Zaiter has over 35 years of experience in the audit, financial accounting, investments and business growth industries in the United States, European and Middle East regions.
Recognised for his unique ability to build practice from startup and by acquisition, modify practices to be able to cope with standards of large-scale practices, his career began at the Rudolf Wolf Future & Options Traders in UK moving to Barnes & Co in USA, evolving over an impressive period of 10 years. In 1997, he joined LSCP one of the largest UK Accountancy practices located in 17 cities, his role as local partners was to control one city and over 3 years rose to control 2 more cities and build new city practice to be one of top partners in LSCP.
In 2004 Dr Al Zaiter aimed to build his own accountancy firm, by founding ACAL in London and through the world financial crisis in 2008 taking advantages of businesses need for restructuring as niche market service in UK and USA, by 2016 ACAL rebranded as SGP and continuous growth to date as CEO in 7 countries.
Educated in USA & UK, obtained his BSc Engineering Management (USIU) MSc Financial Institutions (OSU) MBA Administration and PhD Accounting and International Taxation (BU).

As a founder of SGP with Ahmed Al Zaiter, Simon brings over 25 years of executive management experience. Building his career in the telecoms sector, holding position of CEO of TTG PLC, the largest non-incumbent telecoms company in Europe, employing over 2,500 people around the UK, Benelux, Germany and France. He oversaw the roll up of Anglia Telecom PLC, Ventolo UK, Talk4all, Phone Direct and Ventelo Benelux into the TTG brand
Simon also specialised in renewable energies and investment in the bio-diesel concept, finding better ECO – friendly renewable energy sources.
With his experience as a large employer he took on the responsibility of building SGP’s HR & Payroll business, generating over £5 million in annual fees.
He is now based in Atlanta, Georgia, overseeing another acquisition drive in CPA firms and building a new HR & Payroll business in the USA.

Mahmoud Zuaiter has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality, real estate and destination development industries in the European and Middle East and Africa region.
Recognised for his unique ability to transform and elevate the operational standards of large-scale organisations, his career began at the InterContinental Hotels Group in Europe, evolving over an impressive period of 14 years and culminating in the position of Director of Finance for the Middle East and Africa region. In 2004, he joined Orascom Development Holding as the Group’s CFO and was promoted to assume his role as CEO for the group’s Hotel Division in Switzerland in 2012.
Zuaiter joined JPTD as CEO and board member in February 2014. His unparalleled understanding of modern destination management was critical in the formulation of the company’s new vision; in the three and a half years he served with JPTD, the company has witnessed an unparalleled successful transformation in the company’s operation and more importantly its solid financial standing as the leading destination developer in Jordan.
Educated in Germany, he holds an MBA from Columbus University.

Jonathan is a Certified Accountant by profession and training, Jonathan started his accountancy career in London, in practice, and after 7 years in commerce relocated to York and joined an accountancy practice in 1975. During his 30 years with that firm he became a member of ACCA Council, for 18 years and had the great privilege of being ACCA President in 2002/03 after which time He joined SGP, in 2004. He also served on the EU accountancy Body (FEE) Ethics Working Party for more than 10 years as well as an Italian / UK Bilateral Committee and was a member of the APB.
When Jonathan became President of SGP LLP, it was due to his vast experience and ability take SGP into new markets and territories, whilst building on the success and reputation we
have developed for delivering targets for our clients.
Jonathan is looking forward to growing SGP into a world leader in the Accountancy, Investment and Management Consultancy fields.
Jonathan is also a Lecturer in business ethics, is an Accountant member of the ACCA Disciplinary Committee, a trustee of the ACCA Benevolent Fund, and a lay member of the E ast Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group.

Samantha joined the ACAL group in 2013 and has climbed the management ladder to become a director of our EFT group (banking arm of SGP). She is also a director of the SGP group and has been a board member since 2014. She is an integral part of the board and is heavily involved in the business growth, development and overall strategic direction of SGP.
She successfully manages her specialised team providing all areas of banking to SGP clients, with a turnover of over exceeding £380m per year.
